About Me
I’m Raj Vardhan Singh — a fighter, a coach, and a student of the fight game.
For the past several years, combat sports have shaped my discipline, my mindset, and my purpose. I’ve stepped into the ring, trained with some of the best, struggled through injuries, made comebacks, and learned what real progress feels like.
My Journey Started when I was in school. In 2019, I started out as a kickboxer.
Since than i am actively fighting and training in MMA , BJJ and Muay Thai nationally and internationally.
Strength and Conditioning changed the way I was training during my camp for WBC Muay Thai World Championship , (representing India). That's when I realised how important it is to train the right way.
Ron Fights was built from that journey.
I realized something early:
Most people don’t lack motivation — they lack structure, real knowledge, and guidance from someone who understands the fight world from the inside.
Today, my mission is simple:
-> Make high-level fight training accessible for everyone.
-> Teach the techniques, conditioning, and mindset most people never get to learn.
-> Help you become stronger, smarter, and more disciplined — not just in the gym, but in life.

I’ve lived this life.
I’m still living it every day — cutting weight, drilling pads, fixing weaknesses, improving defenses, studying film, and pushing myself through every round.
